Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 16 ounces taco sauce
- 4 ounces mild green chiles, chopped
- 1/2 cup olives, sliced
- 8 ounces refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1.5 cups corn chips, crushed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- - olives, sliced
- - mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 medium avocado, peeled and sliced
- 1 medium tomato, diced
How To Make saucy beef taco pizza

Step 1Brown ground beef and onion in large frying-pan or dutch oven.

Step 2Pour off drippings and add 1 cup taco sauce, green chiles and olives.

Step 3Separate crecent rolls into 8 triangles and press into greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan to form crust.

Step 4Sprinkle 1 cup crushed corn chips evenly over dough.

Step 5Spread beef mixture evenly over chips, spread with sour cream.

Step 6Cover with shredded monterey jack cheese, then shredded cheddar cheese.

Step 7Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup crushed chips.

Step 8Garnish with sliced olives and mushrooms, if desired.

Step 9Bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes or until crust is golden.

Step 10Cut into wedges and serve with lettuce, avocado, tomato and remaining taco sauce.
