This is a Company's Coming recipe and one I have been making since 1989...yes, I marked the recipe and gave it 5 stars.
It is delicious and we love it.
I am making tonight for dinner so thought I'd post...will take a pic and post it later.

Ingredients

  • 1
    egg
  • 1/2 c
    milk or water
  • 1 c
    rolled oats
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • SAUCE

  • 3/4 c
    ketchup
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 tsp
    liquid smoke
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce

How to Make Sauce Baked Meatballs

Step-by-Step

  1. Beat egg with spoon in a large bowl. Add the next ingredients. Mix thoroughly and shape into meatballs.
    Place in a large baking dish or sided baking sheet large enough for a single layer.A roasting pan works good too.
  2. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake covered in 350 oven for 1 hour.
    Serve over steamed rice with a nice green salad.
