This is the best meatloaf I have had ever! My whole family loves it and it makes a really good meatloaf sandwich when there is leftovers.

    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg
    lipton onion soup mix
  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 c
    dry bread crumbs
  • 1
    beaten egg
  • 1/4 c

How to Make Sarah's Meatloaf


  1. Mix 1/2 cup mushroom soup mix, onion soup mix, beef, crumbs, egg in 2 qt. oblong baking dish, firmly shape 8x4 loaf. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 mins. Spoon off drippings & add to mushroom soup & water. Heat in microwave.
  2. Make sure to save 1/2 the soup for gravy with the drippings.
