This is the best meatloaf I have had ever! My whole family loves it and it makes a really good meatloaf sandwich when there is leftovers.

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 package lipton onion soup mix
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 - beaten egg
  • 1/4 cup water

How To Make sarah's meatloaf

  • Step 1
    Mix 1/2 cup mushroom soup mix, onion soup mix, beef, crumbs, egg in 2 qt. oblong baking dish, firmly shape 8x4 loaf. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 mins. Spoon off drippings & add to mushroom soup & water. Heat in microwave.
  • Step 2
    Make sure to save 1/2 the soup for gravy with the drippings.
