A great easy recipe. Its one that the whole family will eat. It reminds my DH of a recipe they use to make UNM with corn chips in it. Which give it a great flavor!

Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can green chilies
- 1 package corn chips
- 2 cups grated monterey jack or cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
How To Make santa fe casserole bake

Step 1Brown meat, stir until crumbly. Drain fat. Add taco seasoning. In a small bowl, combine broth and flour. Add to meat, bring to a boil to slightly thicken liquid. Sir in sour cream and chilies. Blend well in a 9x13 glass pan that has been lightly greased. Place 1/2 of the chips, 1/2 of beef mix, 1/2 of cheese and 1/2 of onions. Layer again with remaining ingredients.

Step 2Bake Uncovered 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
