I have no idea why it's called San Antone, but this casserole is an old family favorite!

Ingredients For san antone

  • 1 pkg
    ground beef
  • 1/2 pkg
    velveeta cheese
  • 1 box
    macaroni noodles
  • 2 can
    rotel tomatoes
  • 1 lg can
    spaghetti sauce or tomato paste

How To Make san antone

  • 1
    Heat oven to 350. Cook noodles and set aside. Brown meat, strain and add noodles,spaghetti sauce,(or tomato paste), rotel tomatoes, and 1/4 of velveeta block. Mix and cook until cheese is melted.

    Pour mixture into large casserole and arrange remaining velveeta cheese on the top of cassserole in chunks and pieces.

    Heat in oven until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve and enjoy!!
