I have no idea why it's called San Antone, but this casserole is an old family favorite!

ground beef
1/2 pkg
velveeta cheese
1 box
macaroni noodles
2 can(s)
rotel tomatoes
1 lg can(s)
spaghetti sauce or tomato paste

How to Make San Antone


  • 1Heat oven to 350. Cook noodles and set aside. Brown meat, strain and add noodles,spaghetti sauce,(or tomato paste), rotel tomatoes, and 1/4 of velveeta block. Mix and cook until cheese is melted.
  • 2Pour mixture into large casserole and arrange remaining velveeta cheese on the top of cassserole in chunks and pieces.
  • 3Heat in oven until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve and enjoy!!
