I have no idea why it's called San Antone, but this casserole is an old family favorite!

Ingredients
- 1 package ground beef
- 1/2 package velveeta cheese
- 1 box macaroni noodles
- 2 cans rotel tomatoes
- 1 lg can spaghetti sauce or tomato paste
How To Make san antone

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Cook noodles and set aside. Brown meat, strain and add noodles,spaghetti sauce,(or tomato paste), rotel tomatoes, and 1/4 of velveeta block. Mix and cook until cheese is melted.

Step 2Pour mixture into large casserole and arrange remaining velveeta cheese on the top of cassserole in chunks and pieces.

Step 3Heat in oven until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve and enjoy!!
