My daughter LOVES frozen salsbury steaks, so I decided to make my own & I'm happy to say now if she gets a frozen one she says it's not as good as mommy's.

- FOR GRAVY

How To Make salsbury steak
-
Step 1Combine ingredients for patties in bowl. Mix well and form into 4 good size oval patties. Brown patties on both sides. Don't cook all the way through as they will continue to cook in the gravy.
-
Step 2Combine the gravy ingredients in a bowl and pour over patties. Gently lift the patties to let some of the gravy get under the patties. Cover and reduce heat to med/low and let simmer in gravy for 20-30 minutes.
-
Step 3Serve with Mashed potatoes & veggie of choice.
