Ingredients
- 1 can french onion soup (i used 2 cups of beef broth plus 1 pkg onion soup mix)
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef (i used 3/4 of ground beef n 3/4 of ground turkey)
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon blk pepper
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard (or 1 teaspoon of regular mustard)
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
How To Make salsbury steak

Step 1MIX CHPD MEATS IN LARGE BOWL WITH EGG, S&P, BREADCRUMBS, 1/3 CUP OF ONION SOUP (OR BEEF BROTH MIXTURE) N SHAPE INTO 6 OVAL SHAPED PATTIES.

Step 2LIGHTLY OIL LARGE PAN N BROWN PATTIES ON BOTH SIDES. ADD MUSHROOMS WHEN PATTIES R BROWNN ON OTHER SIDE N BROWN AS WELL.

Step 3IN A SMALL BOWL MIX TOGETHER REMAINN ONION SOUP ALONG WITH FLOUR...UNTIL SMOOTH. MIX IN KETCHUP, WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE, MUSTARD N WATER. POUR OVER PATTIES COVER PAN N COOK ON LOW-MED FLAME FOR 20 MIN. STIRRING OCCASIONALLY. ENJOY :) I SERVED MINE ON MASHED POTATOES....MMMMMM!
