Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground round
- 2 pounds pork, ground
- 1 - egg
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- - "just a pinch" of pepper
How To Make salisbury steak with mushroom gravy

Step 1Combine meat, egg, bread crumbs, onion and seasoning. Shape into patties.

Step 2Preheat a skillet to 350 degrees. Place patties in skillet and brown on each side.

Step 3Mix mushroom soup, salt, pepper and milk together.

Step 4Pour over patties.

Step 5Lower heat to 250 degrees.

Step 6Cover and cook about 20 minutes or until done.
