Ingredients
- 10.75 ounces cream of mushroom soup, condensed
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1 - egg
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1.5 pounds ground beef
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- - pepper to taste

Step 1In a bowl, combine the soup, mustard, worcestershire sauce and horseradish; blend well and set aside.

Step 2In another bowl, lightly beat the egg.

Step 3Add bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup of the soup mixture.

Step 4Add beef and mix well.

Step 5Shape into six patties.

Step 6In a large skillet, brown the patties in oil; drain.

Step 7Combine remaining soup mixture with water; pour over patties.

Step 8Cover and cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes or until meat is done.

Step 9Remove patties to a serving platter; spoon sauce over meat and sprinkle with parsley.
