Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/4 cup onion (chopped)
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs or crackers
- 1 - egg
- 1 package aujus sauce (prepare according to package)
- 1 package beef gravy (prepare according to package)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make salisbury steak

Step 1Mix together ground beef, onions, crackers, egg, salt and pepper. Shape into 6 Salisbury Steaks. Place into a casserole or skillet.(See cooking time below.) Combine AuJus and Beef Gravy mixes per package. Pour over steaks and cook as follows.

Step 2If baking, bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Step 3Pan cooking, cook medium heat for 30 minutes.
