Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 5-6 - shakes of worcestershire sauce
- 1 - egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs or finely crushed saltine crackers
- 1-=2 tablespoon butter or oil
- 2 packages brown gravy mix, prepared according to instruction
How To Make salisbury steak

Step 1In large bowl, combine ground beef, soup mix, worcestershire sauce, egg and bread crumbs with clean hands.

Step 2In large skillet, heat small amount of oil or butter. Form beef mixture into 4 large patties (you could make smaller patties and have 6 if desirable). Place in skillet and cook over medium heat, turning once, until cooked through.

Step 3When done, place on plate and cover with prepared gravy.
