How to Make Salisbury Steak
- In large bowl, combine ground beef, soup mix, worcestershire sauce, egg and bread crumbs with clean hands.
- In large skillet, heat small amount of oil or butter. Form beef mixture into 4 large patties (you could make smaller patties and have 6 if desirable). Place in skillet and cook over medium heat, turning once, until cooked through.
- When done, place on plate and cover with prepared gravy.
