This recipe actually passed the picky husband test. We had a package of beef patties in the freezer and some onion soup mix and gravy mix, so I just threw this together and he actually liked it - so did the kids. No leftovers is a good thing!

Ingredients
- 8 1/4 pound beef patties
- 2 packages lipton onion soup mix
- 2 packages pioneer brown gravy mix
- 2 large eggs
- 4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons worcetershire
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons pepper
- 2 tablespoons season all
- 2 tablespoons morton's nature seasoning salt
- 2 tablespoons oil
How To Make salisbury steak

Step 1Mix egg and 2 Tbsp Worcetershire in a bowl.

Step 2Mix Flour, Pepper and Seasonings in another bowl. Crush one package of onion soup mix and add to the flour mixture.

Step 3Heat oil in large frying pan.

Step 4Dredge each beef patty first in egg mix then flour mix. Fry in oil until almost done.

Step 5Combine one cup cold water with both packages Pioneer Gravy Mix in a bowl. Boil 3 cups of water in pot on stove. Add one package of onion soup mix. Stir in the Gravy mix. Add 1 Tbsp worcetershire to the gravy. Stir until smooth.

Step 6In a 13 x 9 glass dish, pour ½ of the gravy. Layer the beef patties on the gravy and pour the remaining gravy on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350.
