How to Make Salisbury Steak
- for your burger, season with salt and pepper to what you would normally for a hamburger. Add the chopped onion, and/or bell pepper, and form into burgers
- Brown burgers on both sides add water and boullion cubes and cover with lid. Let simmer until patties are completely cooked through
- Remove Patties from broth and add canned mushrooms, and proceed to make cornstarch gravy out of broth. Place Patties back in pan and let simmer for 1-2 mins, just long enough for gravy flavor to enter the patties.
- Serve with mashed potatoes and vege side, my choices for this are corn, asparagus, or green beans
