Ingredients
- 3 pounds ground beef
- 1 - onion finely chopped
- 4 - beef boullion cubes
- 2-3 cups water
- 1 can diced mushrooms
How To Make salisbury steak

Step 1for your burger, season with salt and pepper to what you would normally for a hamburger. Add the chopped onion, and/or bell pepper, and form into burgers

Step 2Brown burgers on both sides add water and boullion cubes and cover with lid. Let simmer until patties are completely cooked through

Step 3Remove Patties from broth and add canned mushrooms, and proceed to make cornstarch gravy out of broth. Place Patties back in pan and let simmer for 1-2 mins, just long enough for gravy flavor to enter the patties.

Step 4Serve with mashed potatoes and vege side, my choices for this are corn, asparagus, or green beans
