Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup soft breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- SAUCE
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can mushroom-roasted garlic soup
- 1/2 cup milk
How To Make salisbury steak

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the beef, eggs, onion, salt, pepper and breadcrumbs. Mix in 1/2 c. milk. Form into six patties. In a large skillet with a small amount of oil, brown the patties on both sides. Place the patties in a casserole dish (9x13) and cover with sauce (directions below). Bake for 45 minutes
