Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 - eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup soft breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • SAUCE
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can mushroom-roasted garlic soup
  • 1/2 cup milk

How To Make salisbury steak

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the beef, eggs, onion, salt, pepper and breadcrumbs. Mix in 1/2 c. milk. Form into six patties. In a large skillet with a small amount of oil, brown the patties on both sides. Place the patties in a casserole dish (9x13) and cover with sauce (directions below). Bake for 45 minutes
  • Step 2
    Sauce: mix both cans of soup and 1/2 milk.
