  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup, golden
  • 1 1/2 lb
  • 1/2 c
    dry bread crumbs
  • 1
    beaten egg
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onion
  • 1 dash(es)

How to Make Salisbury Steak


  1. mix all ingredients only adding 1/4 can of the soup to mixture. mix well, form patties in shape of steaks.
  2. put in greased pan, bake 30-40 minutes at 350, then mix rest of soup with 1/2 cup water and pour over and bake 15 minutes more.
