  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 medium
    onion-chopped fine
  • 1 large
  • 1/2 c
    italian style bread crumbs
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup-divided
  • 1 dash(es)
    black pepper
  • 1/3 c

How to Make Salisbury Steak


  1. Preheat oven to 350'.
  2. Combine half the can of cream of mushroom soup with all ingredients except water. Mix well {I use my hand to squish it all together}
  3. Shape into patties. Place in a ungreased 9x13 dish.
  4. Bake in oven for 30 minutes. Drain fat off.
  5. Mix the 1/3 cup water with remaining cream of mushroom soup. Spoon over patties.
  6. Place back in oven for 10 more minutes~
