this meal is requested often in my house. I like to make mashed potatoes, brown gravy, and peas to go with it~

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion-chopped fine
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup italian style bread crumbs
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup-divided
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1/3 cup water
How To Make salisbury steak

Step 1Preheat oven to 350'.

Step 2Combine half the can of cream of mushroom soup with all ingredients except water. Mix well {I use my hand to squish it all together}

Step 3Shape into patties. Place in a ungreased 9x13 dish.

Step 4Bake in oven for 30 minutes. Drain fat off.

Step 5Mix the 1/3 cup water with remaining cream of mushroom soup. Spoon over patties.

Step 6Place back in oven for 10 more minutes~
