mix ground beef, beaten eggs, bread crumbs and onion soup. (if to soggy add a bit more bread crumb)
form into patties and coat in flour, in skillet with oil brown on both sides
place in dish and
mix tomato soup, cream of celery soup, and 1 can of water . Pour on top of patties in dish
bake 350 degrees for 1 hour..
this is the time to freeze if needed...
reheat in 350 oven for 30 minutes or until warm
