How to Make "No Peak" Beef Stew

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cut up vegetables into bite sized pieces
  • 2Combine all ingredients in a lightly greased medium sized roasting pan or Dutch oven.
  • 3Cover and bake for 4 hours in a 325 F oven.
    Very important...."Don't peek" while baking.
