2 lbground beef

1onion (large) chopped

4 cshredded cabbage

1 tspsalt

1 tsppepper

2 pkgrefrigerated crescent rolls

1 1/2 lbmozzarella cheese, shredded
How to Make Runza Cassarole
- Brown hamburger and onion; drain. Layer the cabbage on top of the meat for a few minutes, add the salt and pepper.
- Spread 1 package of crescent rolls over the bottom of a lightly greased 9x13 pan. Spread the hamburger/cabbage mixture over. Add layer of cheese. (I add a layer of American cheese slices on top of the mozzarella for added flavor.)
- Bake at 350* for 35 to 40 minutes, covering with foil the last 10 minutes to soften the crust.
