Ingredients
- 2-4 - steaks your choice
- 1/3 cup rum
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple in it's own juice
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
How To Make rum ginger marinaded steak

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Put steaks of your choice into a large zip lock bag and pour marinade over steaks. Marinade for 3 to 6 hours or overnight. Be sure to rotate steaks to properly absorb marinade. Rotate as often as you like during this period. BBQ as Usual
