Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup deli corned beef, chopped
1 cup sauerkraut, rinsed & drained
1/2 cup thousand island dressing
1/2 cup swiss cheese, shredded
- rye crisps or cocktail rye bread

How To Make rueben dip

Step 1

Beat cream cheese,swiss cheese, & thousand island dressing until well blended.

Step 2

Stir in sauerkraut and corned beef.
Step 3

Place mixture in 1-quart crock pot on low heat for 1 hour or until warm, stirring frequently.
Step 4

Serve with Rye crisps or cocktail rye bread
