Round Steak Smothered In Gravy
round steak, cut into serving sized pieces
1Mix flour, salt and pepper in plastic bag.
2Add round steak pieces to flour mixture and shake.
3Brown meat in oil over medium-high heat.
4Remove meat from skillet.
5Add 3 tablespoons flour to pan drippings and stir constantly until flour browns.
6Stirring constantly, slowly add water until gravy thickens.
7Add onions, tomatoes, vinegar and parsley.
8Return meat to pan, cover and simmer 1 hour or until tender.
