How to Make Round Steak in Golden Mushroom Soup
- 1Cut your round steak into medium pieces.
- 2Mix some flour and pepper, dip the steak pieces into flour mixture and brown in oil.
- 3Place the browned steak pieces in a baking dish. Cover with 3 cans of golden mushroom soup and 2 cans of water.
- 4Bake at 250 degrees for 3-4 hours. (Makes good gravy for mashed potatoes)
