rotisserie bacon jalapeno cheese burger
7.3.15 I wanted to do a stuffed burger, but not your typical one, so after much tossing around of ideas in my head, this is what I came up with. 7.4.15 These were just amazing, they cooked great, did not burn, and were juicy inside from the cheese and jalapenos. Now to try and downsize them, they are huge!

How To Make rotisserie bacon jalapeno cheese burger
-
Step 1Cut of form ground beef into thick squares. Cut squares in half, thickness wise. Flatten each half. Add one slice of cheese and some jalapenos.
-
Step 2Top with other slice of cheese.
-
Step 3Place second half of flattened beef on top and pinch around all four sides. Then push all sides back in to firm up patty. Season meat at this time.
-
Step 4Lay out 4 slices of bacon, place patty on top.
-
Step 5Bring bacon up and over patty to meet other end. Hold in place with toothpicks.
-
Step 6Place in grilling basket. Grill till bacon is done, it took mine about 40-45 min. .Once done and you remove the rotisserie rod, if the bacon is not quit done underneath, place patties on grill for about 5 min, that will finish cooking that strip.
