Ingredients
- 4 - beef tenderloin steaks (4-6 oz)
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely minced
- 2 - garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon peel
- 1 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely ground
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 - fresh rosemary sprig
How To Make rosemary steak

Step 1Score steaks in diamond pattern on both sides.

Step 2Combine minced rosemary, garlic, oil, lemon peel, pepper and salt in small bowl; rub mixture onto surface of meat.

Step 3Cover and refrigerate at least 15 minutes.

Step 4Grill steaks over medium-hot heat about 4 minutes per side or until medium rare or to desired doneness.

Step 5Cut steaks diagonally into 1/2 inch thick slices.

Step 6Garnish with rosemary.
