2 Tbsp
fresh rosemary, finely minced

garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp
lemon peel
1 tsp
black pepper, coarsely ground
1/2 tsp
salt

fresh rosemary sprig

How to Make Rosemary Steak

Step-by-Step

  • 1Score steaks in diamond pattern on both sides.
  • 2Combine minced rosemary, garlic, oil, lemon peel, pepper and salt in small bowl; rub mixture onto surface of meat.
  • 3Cover and refrigerate at least 15 minutes.
  • 4Grill steaks over medium-hot heat about 4 minutes per side or until medium rare or to desired doneness.
  • 5Cut steaks diagonally into 1/2 inch thick slices.
  • 6Garnish with rosemary.
