rosanne connor/jackie harris's loose meat sandwich

Great memories from the Rosanne show. Kind of like the Sloppy Joe, without the slop! The meat is juicy & tender with a slight tang from the pickle & mustard. It doesn't taste salty as much as savory---which I was worried about. Serve the leftover meat over mashed potatoes with frozen peas the next night.
