Ingredients
- 2 - eggs
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 - pieces of tenderized round steak
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1 can beef consume soup
- 1 large - sliced yellow onion

Step 1In two shallow dishes combine the flour,salt and pepper. In other dish combine the milk and egg and beat this mixture well.

Step 2Dip steak pieces first in egg-milk mixture and then in flour mixture. Do this twice then brown steak pieces in a heavy skillet on both sides (do not over cook..just brown)

Step 3Place browned steak pieces in oblong baking dish. Top with sliced onions Optional) then combine soups and pour on top. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes. This dish makes its own gravy and is good served with a potato dish. Enjoy
