While looking through an old cookbook of mine, I ran across this recipe. For some reason it caught my eye and it seems like an interesting way to prepare a roast. I have not made it but wanted to share.

Ingredients
- 3 pounds roast (or larger)
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 cup 7 up
- 1 package onion soup mix
How To Make roast

Step 1Cut roast into bite size pieces.

Step 2Mix roast and other ingredients all together.

Step 3Wrap in foil as tightly as you can and place in roaster and cover.

Step 4Bake at 300 degrees for 3 1/2 hours. Do Not Open while baking. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
