Ingredients
- 3 pounds beef roast
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can cola
- 1 can mushrooms
How To Make roast with mushroom gravy

Step 1Put all ingredients in a dutch oven with a tight fitting lid.

Step 2Put in oven at 350'.

Step 3Leave in oven for 3 hours. DO NOT take off the lid. Take out after 3 hours and let sit for 20 minutes before slicing. Makes a beautiful mushroom gravy you can serve over mashed potatoes!!

Step 4Note: you can double the gravy ingredients to make a larger amount.
