This is the most easy and delicious roast chuck I have ever made. My friend Linda is a great cook and she is the first one to make this. I then made it for my family and they went crazy! Believe me this is so easy you won't believe it!

Ingredients
- 4 pounds chuck roast
- 3-4 cans golden mushroom soup
- 1 package frozen pearl onions
- 1 package baby carrots
- 1 pound button mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- - olive oil for browning roast
How To Make roast beef

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Salt and pepper both sides of roast. Brown roast in olive oil.

Step 2Put browned roast in a roaster that has a lid. Pour soup and worcestershire over roast. Add veges around the roast.

Step 3Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hr or until roast is fork tender and veges are cooked.
