roast beef panni slider
I most often use leftover roast to make burritos or quesadilla's, but today the little slider buns I bought were screaming at me to be used, so this delicious little yummy, tummy filler was born.

How To Make roast beef panni slider
-
Step 1I quartered and sliced an onion and starting cooking it in about 2 tsp. of olive oil.
-
Step 2Once the onions started getting tender I add some shredded roast I had leftover.
-
Step 3Meanwhile I pan roasted some tomatoe slices and sliced some cheese.
-
Step 4I placed the hot tomato on the bun, and added some cheese.
-
Step 5Then I topped it with the roast and onions and added a little more cheese. I used Miracle Whip on the top bun. Then used my George Foreman grill as a panni press. These were just delicious and a nice change from our usual leftover disguised dishes.
