I most often use leftover roast to make burritos or quesadilla's, but today the little slider buns I bought were screaming at me to be used, so this delicious little yummy, tummy filler was born.

Ingredients

  • - **leftover roast, or deli roast beef
  • - **slider buns
  • - **roasted tomatoe slices
  • - **onion slices
  • - **cheddar and asadero cheese or your fav
  • - **condiment of choice

How To Make roast beef panni slider

  • Step 1
I quartered and sliced an onion and starting cooking it in about 2 tsp. of olive oil.
  • Step 2
Once the onions started getting tender I add some shredded roast I had leftover.
  • Step 3
Meanwhile I pan roasted some tomatoe slices and sliced some cheese.
  • Step 4
I placed the hot tomato on the bun, and added some cheese.
  • Step 5
Then I topped it with the roast and onions and added a little more cheese. I used Miracle Whip on the top bun. Then used my George Foreman grill as a panni press. These were just delicious and a nice change from our usual leftover disguised dishes.
