Roast Beef in Beer

Crystal ~

This makes a great tasting roast. I use only regular flavored beer. It has more flavor than the lite beers. At the end of baking, strain some of the liquid out of the dish and make some gravy to spoon over the roast and mashed potatoes. Delish!
