lean ground pork

rice, converted
1/2 c
1/4 c
onion, minced
2 Tbsp
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
dry mustard
1/4 tsp
dried marjoram
1/4 tsp
dried thyme
1/4 tsp

How to Make Rice Meatloaf


  • 1In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until well blended.
  • 2Pack into a 9x5 loaf pan, cover with foil, and bake at 350 for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours (removing foil after 30 minutes), or until loaf is well-browned and meat is cooked through with an internal temperature of 106.
  • 3Even when cooked through, meat will still be slightly pink because of the ketchup.
  • 4Drain off fat, and let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing to serve.
