Ingredients For rib eye noodle stir-fry

8 ozshaved rib eye beef

1 tspbaking soda

3 Tbspfavorite stir-fry sauce, I used Kikkomen

1 Tbspdark soy sauce

2 Tbspbrown sugar

1/4 cbeef stock
-
8 ozpad thai noodles or other thicker rice noodles

1 Tbspolive oil
-
4 clovegarlic, minced
-
1 Tbspgrated ginger
-
1/2 TbspSriracha sauce
-
1carrot, shredded
-
2scallions, chopped
-
1 cbean sprouts
-
2 cgreen cabbage, chopped
-
more Sriracha for garnish or can use chili oil
How To Make rib eye noodle stir-fry

1Place the beef in a colander and sprinkle the baking soda over the top and rub the meat lightly. Let it sit for 20 minutes.

2Meanwhile, cut up your veggies and cook the noodles according to package instructions.

3After 20 minutes, rinse the beef well and dry it with a paper towel.

4Mix the stir-fry sauce, dark soy sauce, brown sugar, sriracha sauce, and beef stock and set aside.

5In a wok or saucepan, add the oil. Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry 1 minute.

6Add the carrots and green onions, and cook for 1 minute. Add the beef and cabbage and stir-fry 2 minutes.

7Add the noodles, sauce, and bean sprouts and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Serve drizzled with Sriracha sauce.
