rib eye noodle stir-fry
I used shaved rib eye steak that I bought at Walmart, and it worked well.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces shaved rib eye beef
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 tablespoons favorite stir-fry sauce, I used Kikkomen
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 cup beef stock
- 8 ounces pad thai noodles or other thicker rice noodles
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1/2 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 2 cups green cabbage, chopped
- more Sriracha for garnish or can use chili oil
How To Make rib eye noodle stir-fry

Step 1Place the beef in a colander and sprinkle the baking soda over the top and rub the meat lightly. Let it sit for 20 minutes.

Step 2Meanwhile, cut up your veggies and cook the noodles according to package instructions.

Step 3After 20 minutes, rinse the beef well and dry it with a paper towel.

Step 4Mix the stir-fry sauce, dark soy sauce, brown sugar, sriracha sauce, and beef stock and set aside.

Step 5In a wok or saucepan, add the oil. Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry 1 minute.

Step 6Add the carrots and green onions, and cook for 1 minute. Add the beef and cabbage and stir-fry 2 minutes.

Step 7Add the noodles, sauce, and bean sprouts and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Serve drizzled with Sriracha sauce.
