I am not a huge fan of sauerkraut but this is very tasty and you don't even know it has sauerkraut in it. I love this meatloaf!!!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 3/4 cup oatmeal
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1 - medium onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can (small) sauerkraut, drained
- 2 cups grated swiss cheese
- - little caraway seed, if desired
How To Make reuben meatloaf

Step 1Combine all ingredients except kraut and cheese. Put 2/3 of the meat mixture into 7 x 11" baking dish. Cover bottom and sides of dish. Layer kraut, then top with grated cheese. Pat remaining meat mixture on top and seal edges of meat. Bake one hour at 350 degrees. ENJOY!!!
