Ingredients
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1 cup soft rye bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup russian dressing
- 1/4 cup sweet pickled relish
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 pounds chopped beef
- 8 ounces sauerkraut
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make reuben meatloaf

Step 1Combine egg, onion, relish, salad dressing, worcestershire and 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper and ground beef. Mix well.

Step 2On wax paper, pat to 12x8 inch rectangle; top with sauerkraut and 3/4 cup swiss cheese.

Step 3Roll meat jelly roll style; beginning with short end. Press ends to seal.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake until melted.
