egg, beaten
1 c
soft rye bread crumbs
1/2 c
chopped onion
1/4 c
russian dressing
1/4 c
sweet pickled relish
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 lb
chopped beef
8 oz
sauerkraut
1 c
shredded swiss cheese
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
black pepper

How to Make Reuben Meatloaf

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine egg, onion, relish, salad dressing, worcestershire and 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper and ground beef. Mix well.
  • 2On wax paper, pat to 12x8 inch rectangle; top with sauerkraut and 3/4 cup swiss cheese.
  • 3Roll meat jelly roll style; beginning with short end. Press ends to seal.
  • 4Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake until melted.
