Combine egg, onion, relish, salad dressing, worcestershire and 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper and ground beef. Mix well.
On wax paper, pat to 12x8 inch rectangle; top with sauerkraut and 3/4 cup swiss cheese.
Roll meat jelly roll style; beginning with short end. Press ends to seal.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake until melted.
