I really enjoy a good Reuben sandwich and so when I came across this recipe of course I had to give it a try. Yummmmm.

Ingredients
- 1 can 12-oz corned beef
- 1/4 cup thousand island dressing
- 1 can sauerkraut, canned, well drained
- 1/2 pound swiss cheese, shredded
- 6 slices rye bread, cubed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
How To Make reuben casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 2 quart glass baking dish.

Step 2Crumble corned beef into the baking dish, spread the thousand island dressing on top of beef. Place sauerkraut on top of dressing, sprinkle with cheese and top with bread crumbs that have been tossed with the butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
