Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups potatoes, mashed
- 1 can sauerkraut - rinsed & drained (16 oz can)
- 4 medium green onions - sliced
- 2 cups cooked corned beef
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
How To Make reuben casserole

Step 1Warm potatoes to soften.

Step 2Place in bowl w/onions & sauerkraut & mix together.

Step 3Spoon 2/3 of mixture in greased 3 qt. dish. Cover with beef and cheese.

Step 4Top with remaining potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika.

Step 5Bake uncovered. Enjoy with a green vegetable or salad.
