Ingredients
-
3 1/2 cpotatoes, mashed
-
1 can(s)sauerkraut - rinsed & drained (16 oz can)

4 mediumgreen onions - sliced
-
2 ccooked corned beef
-
1 cshredded swiss cheese
How to Make Reuben Casserole
- Warm potatoes to soften.
- Place in bowl w/onions & sauerkraut & mix together.
- Spoon 2/3 of mixture in greased 3 qt. dish.
Cover with beef and cheese. - Top with remaining potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake uncovered.
Enjoy with a green vegetable or salad.
