How to Make Renegade Ribeyes
- 1First make a marinade by seasoning the ribeyes with seasoning salt, paprika, garlic salt and Montreal seasoning on each side. Place them on foil and add a few squirts of lemon juice and lime juice. Add a tsp. or two of minced garlic on top and wrap the steaks tightly in the foil.
- 2Allow 10 minutes in the fridge to seal in the juices. Remove the steaks from the fridge, add a little vegetable oil to a pan and cook on each side for about 4 to 5 minutes. Remove steaks and place them on a baking dish. Put in oven on 300 degrees.
- 3In that same pot add 2 pats of butter and add in the diced red onion and diced green peppers. Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes. Add another squirt of lemon and lime juice and place veggie mixture on top of steaks. Let bake for another 5 to 8 minutes (depending on your preference) Remove and enjoy!!
