Ingredients
- 1 can 1 lb julienne beets
- 2 cans 1 lb ea. corned beef hash
- 1 tablespoon instant minced onions
How To Make red flannel hash

Step 1Drain beets and dry between paper towels, Mix drained beets with other ingredients, tearing hash apart with a fork

Step 2Form into 8 thick patties

Step 3sautee slowly , turning only once until crusty brown in a large frying pan. ( no need to add any fat )

Step 4Serve hot with catsup or mustard if you wish
