Ingredients

How to Make Red Flannel Hash

Step-by-Step

  1. Drain beets and dry between paper towels,
    Mix drained beets with other ingredients, tearing hash apart with a fork
  2. Form into 8 thick patties
  3. sautee slowly , turning only once until crusty brown in a large frying pan. ( no need to add any fat )
  4. Serve hot with catsup or mustard if you wish
