1 lb julienne beets
2 can(s)
1 lb ea. corned beef hash
1 Tbsp
instant minced onions

How to Make Red Flannel Hash


  • 1Drain beets and dry between paper towels,
    Mix drained beets with other ingredients, tearing hash apart with a fork
  • 2Form into 8 thick patties
  • 3sautee slowly , turning only once until crusty brown in a large frying pan. ( no need to add any fat )
  • 4Serve hot with catsup or mustard if you wish
