Ingredients
- FOR MEATBALLS:
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 cups quick oats
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup onion (chopped)
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- FOR SAUCE:
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar (i use br. sugar splenda)
- 2 teaspoons liquid smoke
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
How To Make recipe of the month "meatballs" for october 2011

Step 1MEATBALLS: Combine all ingredients, mix well. Shape into balls. Place in baking dish in single layer.

Step 2SAUCE: Mix all ingredients. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
