  • FOR MEATBALLS:

  • 1 can(s)
    evaporated milk
  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 2 c
    quick oats
  • 2 large
    eggs
  • 1 c
    onion (chopped)
  • 2 tsp
    chili powder
  • 2 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • FOR SAUCE:

  • 2 c
    ketchup
  • 1 1/2 c
    brown sugar (i use br. sugar splenda)
  • 2 tsp
    liquid smoke
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 c
    onion (chopped)

How to Make RECIPE OF THE MONTH "MEATBALLS" FOR OCTOBER 2011

Step-by-Step

  1. MEATBALLS:
    Combine all ingredients, mix well. Shape into balls. Place in baking dish in single layer.
  2. SAUCE:
    Mix all ingredients. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
