My late husband made these. They quickly became a favorite of mine.Easy to make, easy to eat.(I always "stuffed" myself.)

Ingredients

  • 1 box jumbo shells
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 cans pasta sauce
  • 1/2 small onion,minced
  • 1/2 small green pepper, minced
  • 1 small can mushrooms, drained
  • - itialian seasoning to taste
  • 2 packages mozzarella cheese, 2 cups each
  • 1 small container riccota cheese

How To Make randy's stuffed shells

  • Step 1
    Cook hamburger with onions and peppers. Drain and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Boil salted water and add shells until cooked el tente. Drain.
  • Step 3
    Grease a 9"x13"pan.
  • Step 4
    Mix hamburger, itialian seasoning, pasta, riccota cheese and one pkg mozzerella cheese together. Add most of the pasta sauce, about 1 1/2 cans.
  • Step 5
    Line pan with shells.
  • Step 6
    Put hamburger mixure inside each shell.(I sprinkle leftover hamburger mixture on top.)
  • Step 7
    Sprinkle mushrooms over this. Add remaining sauce over this to keep shells from drying out.
  • Step 8
    Sprinkle rest of mozzerella cheese over the shells and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 mins. Take out and let set for about 5 mins and enjoy
