Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 jar(s)
    tomato sauce
  • 8 oz
    mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c
    onion
  • 1 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 c
    biscuit mix
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    milk

How to Make Quick Upside Down Pizza

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown ground beef and set aside.
  2. In small bowl, mix biscuit mix, eggs and milk on medium speed until smooth.
  3. In medium-large casserole dish, layer in upside down manner: ground beef first, onion, garlic salt, salt and pepper, then cheese, then sauce and last the biscuit mix.
  4. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  5. Cook in oven for 20 minutes about 350 degrees or 400 degrees according to oven.
