This is a recipe that I found in 'Taste Of Home' magazine. It serves 2 to 3 people, but can easily be doubled to serve more!

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1 - small onion, chopped
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (16oz.) package frozoen tater tots
- 1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 (4 oz.) cup shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make quick tater tot bake

Step 1Preheat oven ot 350 F.

Step 2In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until no longer pink and drain.

Step 3Season with salt and pepper; transfer to a greased 2-quart baking dish; top with Tater Tots.

Step 4Combine soup and milk; pour over Tater Tots; sprinkle with cheese.

Step 5Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until heated through.
