Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 box beef rice a roni
  • 1 large tomato
  • 4 cups lettuce
  • 4 cups cheese (i like the 4 cheese mexican blend)
  • 1/2 gallon freezer bag of crushed nacho cheese doritos
  • - sour cream
  • - taco sauce or salsa of your choice

How To Make new way to make taco salad

  • Step 1
    1. In large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef; drain. Remove from skillet; set aside.
  • Step 2
    2. In same skillet over medium heat, saute rice-vermicelli mix with margarine until vermicelli is golden brown.
  • Step 3
    3. Mix the rice and ground beef together.
  • Step 4
    4. Crush Doritos.
  • Step 5
    5. Add your toppings. Lettuce, tomato, sour cream, taco sauce, Doritos, or whatever you like!
