Ingredients
- 1 box homestyle macaroni and cheese mix
- 1 can ro tel tomatoes with green chilis, drained
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pound ground beef, browned
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 10 ounces nacho cheese chips
- 1 can kernel corn, drained
How To Make quick taco casserole

Step 1Start preparing the mac and cheese mix according to directions, omitting the bread crumbs. While macaroni is cooking, brown ground beef and add the taco seasoning. When browned set aside.

Step 2When macaroni is done, drain and return to cook pot (I use a large pot, and double it as a mixing bowl). Add your ground beef mixture, the drained tomatoes and corn. Mix well and pour into a 9 X 13 casserole dish.

Step 3Top with crushed doritos and shredded cheese. Bake for 20 min in a 400 degree oven.
