MMM these meatballs are to die for, my kids love them. Enjoy!!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2-8 ounces packages cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup dry onion soup mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 cups soft bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk

How To Make quick swedish meatballs!

  • Step 1
    Combine the meat,cream cheese,soup mix,salt,nutmeg,bread crumbs and 1/2c. of milk, Mix well. Shape into about 40 small balls. Brown lightly in large skillet. Cover and cook 20 to 25 mins, or until done.
  • Step 2
    Remove meat, drain off excess fat,leaving 1/4 cup in skillet. Blend flour into fat cooking about 1-2 min. stir in the 2c. of milk. Stir until gravy thickens.
  • Step 3
    Return meatballs to skillet cover and cook till heated through, serve over wide egg noodles or homemade mashed potato's. :)
