Ingredients

  • 2 - eggs, beaten
  • 2/3 cup teriyaki baste and glaze
  • 4 - bread slices, cubed
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder

How To Make quick glazed meat loaf

  • Step 1
    Combine eggs and 2/3 cup teriyaki baste and glaze in large bowl; stir in bread cubes.
  • Step 2
    Let stand 5 minutes, or until cubes are soft.
  • Step 3
    Mix in ground beef and pork, onion and chili powder until well blended.
  • Step 4
    Press firmly into 10 inch microwave-safe pie pan.
  • Step 5
    Microwave on high 20 minutes; rotate pan once.
  • Step 6
    Brush top of meat loaf with remaining teriyaki baste and glaze.
  • Step 7
    Microwave on high 5 minutes longer and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
