quick & easy philly cheese steaks
This is an easy weeknight meal I make at least twice a month. Serve with a green salad and you've got a meal!

Ingredients
- 2 - bell peppers, chopped
- 1/2 - red onion, chopped
- 1-2 cup mushroom, sliced
- 1 pound steak, sliced paper thin (i use sirloin)
- - garlic salt
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons a-1 steak sauce
- 2 tablespoons heinz 57 steak sauce
- - steak rolls or hoagies
- - provolone cheese or cheez whiz
How To Make quick & easy philly cheese steaks

Step 1In a saute pan over medium-high heat, sweat the peppers, onions, and mushrooms.

Step 2Add steak slices. Season with garlic salt.

Step 3Add both steak sauces and the worcestershire. Continue to cook, stirring frequently, until sauce reduces to the thickness of your liking.

Step 4Serve on steak rolls with cheese.

Step 5**NOTE: The peppers and onions make a prettier presentation when they are sliced into strips, but are FAR easier to eat with they are diced.
