Ingredients
- 1 1/2 - 2 pounds hamburger
- 1 large onion - chopped
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 28 ounces diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups water
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 2 teaspoons italian herbs / oregano
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 4 cups rotini pasta
How To Make quick & easy hamburger goulash

Step 1Cook ground beef and onion in a large skillet until beef is browned. Drain off grease from hamburger.

Step 2Add soup, tomatoes and all other ingredients except pasta. Cook until mixture starts to boil. Add pasta and simmer until it is tender, about 12 minutes.

Step 3Note: Could sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top before serving.
