Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 - 2 pounds hamburger
  • 1 large onion - chopped
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 28 ounces diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 2 teaspoons italian herbs / oregano
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cups rotini pasta

How To Make quick & easy hamburger goulash

  • Step 1
    Cook ground beef and onion in a large skillet until beef is browned. Drain off grease from hamburger.
  • Step 2
    Add soup, tomatoes and all other ingredients except pasta. Cook until mixture starts to boil. Add pasta and simmer until it is tender, about 12 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Note: Could sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top before serving.
